Join us for a free, in-person workshop on IL Advance Directives and Estate Planning. Volunteer attorney Valerie Chu will discuss:
- Power of Attorney for Health Care
- Power of Attorney for Property
- Living Will Declaration
- Last Will and Testament
- Transfer on Death Instrument (TODI)
- Trust
