Jason Kasallis
Chief Financial Officer
Jason Kasallis is CASL’s Chief Financial Officer, where he plays a critical role in catalyzing the transformation of individuals, families, and the broader Chicago community through rigorous financial stewardship. He oversees all finance functions—including financial planning & analysis, budgeting & forecasting, audit & compliance, grant management, and treasury—to ensure CASL’s resources are aligned with its mission-driven programs and strategic priorities.
Prior to joining CASL, Jason served as CFO at several venture-backed and private-equity-backed organizations. In these roles, he led the implementation of enterprise financial systems and delivered real-time analytics to executive leadership. He also automated many key accounting workflows—eliminating compliance gaps and strengthening internal controls—and built driver-based FP&A models and rolling forecasts, extended operational runway, and supported successful fundraising rounds.
Jason holds a B.S. in Finance from Trinity Christian College. He lives in the northern suburbs of Chicago with his family: wife Amy, sons Jonah and Sam.
