Rachel Hirsh

Rachel Hirsh, Ph.D., is passionate about helping mission-driven organizations use data, research, and storytelling to create meaningful change. With more than 15 years of experience across the nonprofit, education, and community engagement sectors, she has dedicated her career to building partnerships, measuring impact, and developing strategies that help organizations better serve the communities they support.

Throughout her career, Rachel has worked with nonprofit organizations, universities, schools, and community leaders to translate data into action, strengthen relationships, and develop programs that make a lasting difference. She believes that behind every data point is a person, family, or community whose story deserves to be understood and elevated.

Rachel earned her Ph.D. in Technology and Humanities from the Illinois Institute of Technology, where her research explored digital engagement and online social movements. She is especially passionate about using evidence-based decision-making to advance equity, strengthen communities, and help organizations clearly demonstrate the impact of their work.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys traveling, discovering new restaurants around Chicago, and spending time with her husband, Jason, their daughter, and their dog.
