Change InSight to Host 2025 Chicago Data Equity Summit
Bringing together funders, policymakers, and advocates to advance data-driven solutions for AANHPI communities
WHAT: The Change InSight Chicago Data Equity Summit will convene leaders in philanthropy, policy, and advocacy to examine how data disaggregation can drive equity for Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) communities.
This summit will feature expert-led discussions on how accurate, community-centered data can shape funding strategies, social services, and public policy—ensuring that AANHPI communities are fully represented in decision-making processes.
One of the featured panels, “Funder Perspective: Using Data to Fuel Social Change,” will highlight how funders are leveraging data to inform investments and strengthen equity-based strategies.
WHY: Despite being the fastest-growing racial group in the U.S., AANHPI communities remain statistically invisible in many national datasets, leading to gaps in funding, policy, and social services. This summit will highlight the importance of data equity in driving real-world change, ensuring that policymakers, funders, and community organizations have the tools they need to make informed, equitable decisions.
WHERE: Impact House, 200 West Madison Street, Chicago, IL
WHEN: Friday, March 7, 2025 (8:30 AM – 2:00 PM CST)
